Help with your parking

Before you pay

Check the exact location code on the parking sign, your vehicle registration and the permitted time. Search results and decorative maps do not establish parking permission.

When is my parking active?

Your parking is active only after the operator confirms a valid session. A pending payment, reservation or scheduled plan is not a parking permit. Check your active parking screen before leaving your vehicle.

My payment or parking is still pending

Keep the confirmation page open and use Refresh status. Do not submit repeated payments. If the outcome is uncertain, the system keeps the operation for reconciliation rather than booking it again.

Extending your time

Extension controls appear only for supported providers. A new parking session is not a substitute for an extension and cannot override maximum-stay or no-return rules.

Guest parking and receipts

Guest sessions are linked to the browser used to book them. Use My parking to view your session and download a transaction summary. A verified account can securely retain your previous guest sessions from this browser.
